Insulation

The rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) guarantees an excellent thermal insulation.

PUR - 41 kg/m3 - λ 0,023 W/mK

Sheet metal

Prepainted galvanized steel sheet with 30 microns paint, with temporary protective film.

Colour: white RAL 9010 (other colours on request).

Reaction to fire: B-s3,d0 according to European standard EN 13501-1 (or class 0 BS476 parts 6 & 7).

Glass doors:

Frameless glass doors 1250x1878, and frameless Walk-in glass doors 1250x2093 (for "C" compositions), equipped with LED strips to ensure maximum visibility of the products.

Heat transfer coefficient: Ug = 1,6 W/m2K

Swing doors made of double safety tempered glass unit complying with the UNI 12150 standard

Shelving system:

The load-bearing structure consists of uprights fixed to the floor and ceiling with a pitch of 1250 mm (H 2316, 2516 or 2716), connected by a tubular profile that guarantees the support of the refrigeration units and the ceiling capacity.

Sliding:

MAT 10°: Sliding mats with modular dividers

ROLLER 6° (option): Sliding rollers 30 or 50 mm pitch, adjustable lanes 

Side access:

CE-MULTI hinged door 1200x2000 (Panorama Box Prime)

Option (Panorama Box Active): Access with Incold 1200x1980 rapid roll-up door installed inside the cold room:
